Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to Apple's terms and conditions regarding billing, renewals, and cancellations.

Cancellations:You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

• Upload photos of others without their explicit consent.
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others.

All content, design, and technology within MuscleMaxx (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your photos, but you grant us a license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuscleMaxx and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, distinctive, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.
