Data Deletion

At MuscleMaxx, you have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data stored on our servers. We value your privacy and make this process simple and transparent.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account and data is directly through the MuscleMaxx mobile application:

  1. Open the MuscleMaxx app.
  2. Navigate to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon).
  4. Scroll down to the "Account Actions" section.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm your choice. Your data will be immediately scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to support@musclemaxx.app.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Please send the email from the same address associated with your MuscleMaxx account so we can verify ownership.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed.

What Data is Deleted?

  • All uploaded photos and generated analysis data.
  • Your account profile, email, and preferences.
  • Your scan history and progress logs.

Note: If you have an active subscription managed by the Apple App Store, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage your subscription through your device settings under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
