What the Scan Looks For
A good physique assessment is not a single vanity score. It compares the visible shape of your frame, shoulder-to-waist ratio, posture, muscle fullness, leanness, and balance across the body.
MuscleMaxx uses front and back photos because physique progress often shows differently across the body. A front photo can show waist definition, while a back photo can reveal lat width and symmetry.
Core Metrics
- V-Taper: Shoulder and lat width relative to the waist.
- Leanness: A visual estimate of conditioning and waist definition.
- Muscle Fullness: Visible size across chest, shoulders, back, arms, and legs.
- Proportion: How balanced the full physique appears from the front and back.
Use Data as Direction
The point is to identify the highest-leverage next step. For one person, that may be adding back and shoulder volume. For another, it may be improving consistency, sleep, protein intake, or posture.
